Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting project scheduling, reporting, and PMO processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project.
• Assist with PMO functions: status reporting, meeting coordination, action item tracking.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Contribute to project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Track deliverables and milestones across multiple workstreams.
