Responsibilities

• Plan and develop the detailed engineering, design and implementation of the network environment.
• Plan and perform upgrades of network systems hardware and supporting systems per ITIL best practices.
• Research current and develop technologies to provide technical guidance on network capabilities and requirements.
• Manage network system projects ranging from medium to large in scope and risk.
• Assist with projects of varying complexity in a high-volume environment.
• Support IT Infrastructure Manager to maintain security systems across the network.
• Maintain network monitoring tools and SIEM.
• Support ZenDesk Help Desk system and resolve issues.
• Handle end-user requests for hardware, software, or peripherals.
