The role includes supervising network support staff, ensuring timely incident resolution, monitoring performance, coordinating upgrades, and maintaining security, reliability, and regulatory compliance in a 24/7 healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in network administration and support, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Experience supervising or leading technical teams, with skills in workload management, coaching, performance feedback, and staff development.
• Knowledge of network security principles and tools, including access control, encryption, vulnerability management, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Familiarity with enterprise network technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP) and relevant monitoring or ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to diagnose complex issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across clinical, administrative, and technical teams and explain technical concepts in clear terms.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Philadelphia, manage multiple priorities, and support a 24/7 healthcare environment as needed.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Security+) and experience in healthcare or other regulated industries are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
