Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking an Associate Director IT to lead hospital IT operations, strategy, and governance. You will guide design, planning, and maintenance of facility infrastructure, ensure security, and align IT plans with business goals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years IT leadership, a college degree, strong communication, and the ability to work in a matrixed organization. This role requires collaboration with facility leaders and the division CIO.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in an IT environment with direct supervision or team leadership.
• College Graduate Preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Mature understanding of current and emerging technologies, specific to voice and data operations.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations Management: Service Level Management, Resource Management, Processes & Standards Implementation, Compliance Management, Incident Management, Financial Management, Technical Management, Information Security Management.
• Coordination of resources to IT&S projects, operations, and incidents.
• On-site management of Facility hardware & software; maintenance and troubleshooting of Facility infrastructure.
• Support IT governance processes & practices; educate key constituencies on governance.
