Responsibilities
Serve as a medical device/system SME to clinical staff and vendors.
Aerformance, testing, and documentation of medical device/system hardware and software.
Resolve end-user issues and support downtimes for medical devices.
Develop and maintain technical reference documentation for medical devices.
Participate in various medical device/system projects with stakeholders.
