Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in Operating Rooms, Trauma Bay, and In-Patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to protocols and requirements for working in the Hospital's Critical Care Units and clinical environment.
• Support clinical CCHMC applications throughout the institution, including configuring settings and identifying systemic issues.
• Understand dataflow between systems and devices on the network; provide direct technical support and second-level problem resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and collaborate on resolutions.
• Articulate complex technical solutions clearly to individuals with varying technical aptitude.
• Educate Client Services team members on complex issues and emerging technology.
• Participate in small to medium projects.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues on local and networked printers.
• Troubleshoot application-specific issues related to printing.
