Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience (6+ years)
• Minimum 4 years experience in network services for healthcare organizations, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching
• Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, network connectivity, and integrated technology solutions
• Experience working with customer IT/operational/clinical teams in a healthcare environment
• Ability to identify root causes, perform structured troubleshooting, and define escalation paths
• Experience creating technical documentation, standard work, troubleshooting guides, or training materials
• Experience delivering customer service and technical training to end users and support personnel
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the US, including local travel between customer sites

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for ProAssure software and hardware solutions, including deployment, sustainment, and routine service activities
• Perform structured troubleshooting and issue identification to determine root causes
• Conduct device and site assessments including connectivity, VLANs, device counts, and configuration
• Perform remediation activities including configuration changes, device reprovisioning, swaps, and initiating RMAs
• Collect diagnostic data to support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Execute regression and validation testing after software updates and changes
• Collaborate with customer IT, operational, and clinical teams to build knowledge and provide guidance
• Escalate complex issues to Technical Support or R&D and document findings and resolutions
