Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a ProAssure Clinical Services Specialist to provide tactical clinical sustainment and customer enablement for ProAssure solutions. The role focuses on establishing repeatable clinical processes, supporting end users, improving adoption, and guiding customers through clinical workflows.

The position is primarily located at 6565 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030 with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years clinical or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with clinical workflow analysis, design, and implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote clinical support for ProAssure solutions and end user support.
• Conduct clinical rounding with physicians, nurses, educators, and super users to identify workflow issues.
• Assess clinical workflows and document gaps between intended use and product capability.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and workflow guidance for customer self-service.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, R&D, and Customer Success on complex issues.
