Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience supporting, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems
• Experience in healthcare IT environments and troubleshooting end-user issues
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver license and ability to travel between CSC locations

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage IT incidents via ticketing system
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for clinical and administrative users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide remote and onsite support using RDP, Dameware, or TeamViewer
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and peripherals
• Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Assist with AD and Microsoft Entra ID user access
• Troubleshoot Epic Ambulatory/Radiant and PACS/DICOM connectivity
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Participate in technology projects and documentation creation
