Job description

Enterprise Application Administrator

Cardiac Study Center / Pulse Heart Institute

Puyallup, WA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Weekends & After-Hours Support

About Us

Cardiac Study Center (CSC) partners with Pulse Heart Institute to deliver trusted outpatient cardiology care across the Pacific Northwest. For more than 50 years, CSC has supported exceptional cardiology services throughout the region. In 2016, CSC partnered with MultiCare Health System to create Pulse Heart Institute, bringing together clinical excellence, innovation, research, and education to improve heart health in our communities.

Behind every great patient experience is technology that works. Our IT team supports the systems, applications, devices, and infrastructure that keep our clinics connected and our teams focused on patient care.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Work with a diverse enterprise technology environment spanning clinical and business systems
  • Get hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, Epic, PACS, DICOM, and more
  • Solve real‑world technical problems where your work has a direct impact on patient care
  • Work alongside clinical, administrative, and physician teams across the organization
  • Build your technical skill set through exposure to new technologies, projects, and systems
  • Join a team that values curiosity, continuous learning, and practical problem‑solving
About the Role

As an Enterprise Application Administrator, you’ll provide hands‑on technical support across our clinical and administrative environments. You’ll troubleshoot everything from user access and Microsoft 365 issues to workstations, applications, network connectivity, and specialized healthcare technology.

This is a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out. You’ll work directly with end users, investigate technical issues, implement solutions, and know when a problem calls for escalation or collaboration with a vendor or senior technical resource.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with specialized healthcare technologies, including Epic, PACS, and DICOM, while supporting the systems that connect our clinics and care teams.

Support may happen remotely, over the phone, or onsite at CSC locations throughout the region.

You Will Love This Role If:
  • You like figuring out how things work. You enjoy digging into a technical problem, testing solutions, and getting to the root cause rather than simply applying a workaround.
  • You’re a tech generalist at heart. You enjoy moving between applications, hardware, networking, user accounts, and systems instead of being limited to one technology.
  • You like helping people without speaking “IT.” You can take a complex technical issue and explain it in a way that makes sense to someone who doesn't live in the command line.
  • You want exposure to healthcare technology. Working with Epic, PACS, DICOM, Microsoft environments, and other clinical systems gives you an opportunity to build specialized experience.
  • You’re comfortable being the person who figures it out. You can work independently, stay organized, and recognize when it's time to bring in additional expertise.
  • You’re always learning. Technology changes quickly, and you enjoy keeping your skills current and picking up new tools along the way.
