Job summary

The Collective Group, LLC is seeking a strategic Director of Information Technology to lead the healthcare IT function onsite in Meeker, Colorado. You will shape IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, and drive projects that support patient care and operations.

You will manage a diverse technology team, partner with clinical and administrative colleagues, and ensure security, continuity, and cost-effective technology solutions across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years' IT operations experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
• Experience with AD and GPOs.
• Experience with Windows DNS/DHCP/WINS/DFS in Windows environment.
• Knowledge of Firewalls.
• Understanding of network concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
• Experience with EMR systems (Athena Health, Meditech) preferred.
• Hospital environment experience with hospital applications (PACS, Pyxis, Lab, Surgery, Nurse Call) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, facility communications & infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and evaluate IT projects aligned with objectives.
• Partner with departments to address IT needs.
• Manage IT staff and provide development opportunities.
• Maintain EMR projects including interface builds.
• Prepare budgets and performance reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Develop IT strategies, policies and procedures.
• Procure equipment and software and plan implementations.
• Pursue grants to keep technology affordable.
• Support technical IT, clinical IT teams and helpdesk.
• Other duties as assigned.
