Job summary

Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) seeks a PC Technician II/III to deliver desktop, network, and IT support across Kodiak locations. The role supports end‑user devices, enterprise software, email, and healthcare applications, with room for advancement as expertise grows.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, assisting with AD, printer management, and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• One year of professional IT experience or equivalent education with a technology emphasis.
• Experience supporting desktops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft environments.
• Cisco or Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to Help Desk requests and provide timely customer support.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory administration.
• Support Microsoft Office, Windows, and enterprise software.
