Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a motivated IT Deployment Technician to support Parkview Randallia Hospital's technology initiatives. This hands-on role covers equipment deployment, imaging, and asset management across the campus.

Ideal candidates bring 1-3 years of IT support experience, strong hardware/OS knowledge, and excellent communication. You will work with hospital IT staff to ensure successful project execution and reliable end-user support.

Qualifications

1–3 years of IT support or deployment experience.
Basic understanding of hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
Experience with hardware installation and inventory management.
Detail-oriented with ability to follow processes.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Unbox, stage, and deploy IT equipment.
Track and maintain inventory of hardware and peripherals.
Install and configure desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices.
Support technology refreshes, migrations, and implementation projects.
Assist with workstation moves, adds, and changes.
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
Document completed work and maintain asset records.
Work closely with hospital IT staff and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
