Job summary

Involgix is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and translate them into system specs and user stories. You will develop workflows, document processes, and support testing during deployments.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional teamwork, SDLC compliance, and continuous improvement of documentation and knowledge bases. Experience with JIRA is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience writing BRDs, TRDs, RTMs and SOPs for business and IT.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider systems is a plus.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Develop end-to-end process workflows, swim lane diagrams, and business process documentation to standardize practices across teams.
• Working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA.Familiarity with SDLC compliance and deployment governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work items in tools like JIRA.
• Ensure solutions align with including secure development practices, traceability, and compliance.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
• Support testing efforts, including creating test cases, assisting with UAT, and managing defect resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Business Skills: solid documentation skills (able to write BRDs, TRDs, RTM's, Operational Support Plans, mapping documents and other BSA deliverables).
• Create and maintain operational support documents, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and knowledge base articles for business and IT teams.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams including business, development and QA
• Prepare use cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria to validate system functionality.
• Provide functional support during system deployments, upgrades and post go-live stabilization phases.
• Proficient in healthcare payer and provider management systems.
