Job summary

The Office of Information Management (OIM) in Richmond, VA seeks two experienced Business Analysts to support enterprise-wide web application initiatives and Pharmacy Partner Hub programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and document requirements for successful IT implementations.

Responsibilities include documenting current and future processes, facilitating Agile ceremonies, conducting meetings, and supporting testing, UAT, and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with process mapping, feasibility studies, system documentation, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of SDLC and multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases (5+ years).
• Web app experience with Oracle APEX and Microsoft .NET.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Document current and future state processes, GAP analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Conduct project meetings, demos, trainings, and detailed meeting notes.
• Present requirements to technical and business teams for validation.
• Participate in functional and systems integration testing; develop test plans and results.
• Support UAT and customer validation.
• Develop user guides and training materials; provide implementation/maintenance support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Utilize MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, GitLab, MS Project, and Visio.
• Support project managers in RFP/SOW reviews and Agile tool management.
