Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is seeking a software professional to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain applications, partnering with end users to ensure adoption and ongoing performance.

You will configure QNXT, analyze processes, create tests, document training materials, and train users, with opportunities for collaboration across cross-functional teams and remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support new and existing software applications.
• Handle QNXT configuration to match organizational workflows, benefit designs, and operational needs.
• Analyze business processes and system requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Create and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software quality through testing and validation.
• Provide application support by identifying, investigating, and resolving system issues.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Train and support end users to maximize application adoption and effectiveness.
• Run reports, maintain system data, update tables, and perform ongoing system operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in regular project discussions.
