NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an IT Applications Service Manager to join our team in Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad, India. The role involves leading day-to-day application support operations across multiple healthcare domains and overseeing ITIL processes, with a focus on compliance and risk management.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver end-to-end services. The position requires substantial experience in healthcare IT service delivery and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Provider domain focusing on Clinical Core areas and regulatory environments.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex L2/L3 issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day application support operations (L2/L3) across healthcare domains.
• Oversee ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, SLA/KPI compliance.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams across hospital operations.
• Coordinate with third-party providers, conduct service review meetings and reporting.
• Lead and manage support teams (L2/L3 engineers, SMEs).
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management.
