The candidate should have a 2+ year healthcare IT background, a Bachelor's in IT/CS/health informatics, and a Montana driver's license. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and a starting wage DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT support or healthcare technology.
• Current Montana driver's license and ability to operate Billings Clinic vehicles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provides reliable support for assigned systems and troubleshoots user issues.
• Participates in system implementation, upgrades and updates with minimal disruption.
• Acts as liaison between end-users, technical teams, and vendors.
