Responsibilities

• Assist with the selection, installation, maintenance, and education of system applications.
• Document workflow reflecting current and future state.
• Recognize system improvements that may boost operational efficiency.
• Monitor, track, and document system utilization and effectiveness.
• Participate in pre- and post-implementation metrics gathering to ensure outcomes.
• Troubleshoot application performance and complex technical issues.
• Perform software testing and document compliance with standards.
• Ensure changes are documented and vetted through the change board.
