Qualifications

• Assist with selection, installation, maintenance, and education of system applications.
• Document workflow reflecting current and future state.
• Monitor system utilization and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot application performance and complex issues.
• Perform software testing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure changes are documented and vetted through the change board.
