Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst I to provide frontline support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. This role is ideal for recent entrants to the healthcare IT industry with certifications or preliminary experience.

The analyst responds to support requests, manages documentation, and collaborates with vendors and team members, growing in healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/healthcare informatics or related field.
• 6+ years in IT/healthcare IT is acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving are essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborate with software vendors for high-level support.
• Assist in planning upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in small analyst-led projects and learn basic PM tasks.
• Learn hospital and physician office workflows, clinical and business.
• Adhere to team policies and leverage existing documentation.
