You will receive, stock, and distribute materials following established inventory procedures to ensure accurate records and patient care efficiency. The role includes counting inventories, processing shipments, maintaining storerooms and PAR locations, and using the ERP system to log receipts, transfers, and requisitions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse logistics.
• Experience with ERP-based data entry and inventory records.
• Ability to follow established receiving, stocking, and distribution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and processes inbound shipments with accuracy.
• Stocks storeroom and warehouse items using FIFO principles.
• Maintains safety stock levels and updates min/max quantities.
• Performs physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Picks and stages supplies based on requisitions and records deliveries.
• Organizes PAR locations with clear labeling and restocking routines.
• Delivers supplies to departments and records confirmations.
• Coordinates outbound shipments for returns with proper documentation.
• Supports inventory processes including data validation and ERP updates.
