Job summary

Encore at Wilmington is seeking a dedicated Central Supply Coordinator to help manage supply chains for Health Care Center and Plant Operations. Located in Wilmington, DE, this role focuses on purchasing, inventory control, and coordinating with accounting and departments to keep operations running smoothly.

You will process purchase orders, track deliveries, reconcile invoices, maintain ETA dates, and support QAPI records and calibrations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in inventory management is a must.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process capital/reserve requests and support bids/business cases for submission to controller.
• Reconcile delivery of items purchased with invoices.
• Manage inventory for Health Care Center and Plant Operations.
• Maintain accurate ETA dates for open orders.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile invoice variances.
• Manage expenses as it pertains to inventory for Health Care Center.
• Assist with SNF with QAPI meeting and maintaining records.
• Schedule equipment calibrations.
• Order and monitor oxygen room.
