Lillington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a Central Supply Coordinator to ensure the team has the supplies and equipment needed for exceptional care. You will manage ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution while maintaining accurate inventories and controlling costs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with nursing and department leaders to anticipate needs, organizing supply rooms, verifying deliveries, and maintaining compliance with safety and infection

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active NC CNA Certificate required.
• Experience in inventory management or central supply preferred.
• Healthcare/long-term care setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste and expenses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine counts.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to anticipate supply needs.
• Organize supply rooms for accessible, properly stored, rotated items.
• Review orders and deliveries for accuracy; address discrepancies.
• Monitor utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention, safety, and storage rules.
• Perform other duties as needed for center operations.
