Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiar with nursing and medical supplies used in long-term care or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of inventory management tools and online purchasing systems; Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory by organizing and distributing within central supply and other designated areas.
• Develop and place weekly orders and monitor supply utilization.
• Report supply usage to nursing and administration.
• Ensure proper receipt of shipments and verify pricing on invoices.
• Maintain reorder point information for routinely used products.
• Restock unit-based locations and patient rooms to support nursing customer satisfaction.
