HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Logistics/Supply Chain team member to issue, charge, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies using a computerized inventory system. You will inventory and replenish various departments and carts, and assist with stock control and equipment coordination.

The role requires attention to detail, basic data entry, and the ability to work with ERP systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Previous hospital storeroom or receiving experience preferred.
• Computer data entry experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Counts and fills pre-determined exchange cart/replenishment area stock levels using iPad and/or ERP system.
• Using a pick list, collects supplies and stages them for delivery by priority.
• Restocks storeroom shelves from daily receipts and verifies locations and bin labels.
• Coordinates rental or purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
• Manages soiled equipment per campus policy.
• Processes department stock returns.
• Handle and deliver prepackaged procedural trays which may include medication.
• Maintain neatness of storeroom and PAR locations at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
