Phoenix Children's is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support inventory management, receiving, stocking, and distribution for clinical and non-clinical areas at our Phoenix campus. The role ensures timely order placement and delivery, maintains accurate inventory, and supports urgent supply needs.

The position involves coordination across departments, adherence to policies, and potential shifts across facilities to cover staffing needs.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in hospital or medical supply chain is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, receiving, and stocking per policy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory movements.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Excellent time management for urgent supply requests.

Aufgaben

• Places routine and ad hoc supply orders and distributes and stocks supplies to all supply locations in accordance with clinical priorities and established policies and procedures.
• Coordinates deliveries of supplies/other products to off-site clinics and/or facilities as needed.
• Monitors expiration dates, min/max levels, and kanban according to established standards.
• Maintains current inventory records by using appropriate Supply Chain Technologies to accurately document movement of supplies.
• Participates in regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Proactively provides recommendations on operational efficiency improvements to Supply Chain Management.
• Receives urgent supply requests from departments and coordinates immediate delivery when needed.
