Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Central Supply Clerk in California to manage medical and general supply inventory across the facility. You will order, receive, stock, and distribute items such as briefs, gloves, gowns, and OTC medications to support resident care and daily operations.

The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, effective communication, and teamwork. CNA preferred; experience with ordering systems and inventory control is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred with healthcare inventory experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to operate basic computer/order systems.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize supplies.
• Monitor usage and communicate concerns to nursing leadership.
• Assist other departments with supply-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain supply budget and track expenditures.
• Build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
