Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED and 1 year full-time warehousing or inventory experience.
• Must have forklift certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Knowledge of inventory recordkeeping and use of purchasing system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Practice Managers to ensure adequate supplies within each service line.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels; prevent shortages.
• Record receipt of new supplies in the inventory system.
• Verify deliveries and inspect items against orders and packing slips.
• Prepare and file receiving reports and coordinate delivery to departments.
• Stock shelves and notify supervisor when reorder levels are reached.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain clean receiving areas.
