Job summary

Tohono O'odham Nation Healthcare is seeking a warehouse specialist to manage receiving, storage, picking, and delivery of medical, pharmacy, and office supplies. The role supports inventory accuracy and timely processing of documents under supervision of the Supply Management Officer.

Responsibilities include maintaining a large inventory, performing inspections, packing and delivering supplies, and assisting with staff supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with six months of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Experience in warehouse procedures, materials handling, and inventory controls preferred.
• Must obtain forklift certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain government inventory supplies valued at $300,000 across pharmacy, lab, subsistence, medical, and office goods.
• Load/unload materials, perform receipt inspections, and provide documentation for inventory processing.
• Locate, pack, and deliver stock; obtain required signatures.
• Receive and issue direct-issue supplies to TONHC departments and prepare packing slips.
