Job summary

CareWell Health Medical Center is hiring a Receiving Clerk to manage receipt of supplies and parts, verify documents, and maintain organized storerooms. You will back up purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate MMS entries.

Responsibilities include inventory control, stock rotation, and assisting in annual physical inventories, with flexibility to take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 6 months of warehousing or office experience preferred.
• Willing to work holidays and provide additional coverage as needed.
• Must be able to follow receipt and packing-slip procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplies and parts and check packing slips for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize storeroom and support areas.
• Coordinate purchases and sourcing with vendors as needed.
• Input supply requisitions into MMS accurately.
• Stock shelves and notify supervisor of shortages or overages.
• Rotate stock to prevent expiration; participate in annual inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
