Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration or business administration or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience including 2 years in a supervisory/consultative capacity.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable with required supervisory/consultative background.

Responsibilities

• Reviews usage of stock supplies across facilities.
• Forecasts demand and stocking strategy based on usage, availability and seasonality.
• Coordinate all inventory data tasks with Materials Management team.
• Review stock-out/early warning reports to plan inventory outages.
• Liaise with suppliers, distributors, materials managers and end-users to ensure proper stocking and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors and end users to identify substitute items.
• Manage stocking levels in ERP system.
• Support implementation of Materials Management projects.
• Serve as IT liaison by translating business requirements.
• Participate in QA/PI activities and staff training.
• Comply with regulatory requirements for safe working environment.
