Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare interface deployments, localization, deployment, and cutover activities. The role requires strong PM skills and the ability to drive work with functional and technical guidance.

You will independently coordinate with stakeholders and raise risks as appropriate. Responsibilities include managing the schedule, facilitating meetings, documenting deployment risks, and coordinating with Release Manager and PMO on status

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare interface deployments and deployments across QA, staging, and production environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple external and internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Willingness to work in the Arlington, VA office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery for healthcare interfaces from initiation to go-live.
• Oversee schedules, meetings, risks, and change requests as needed.
• Coordinate with Release Manager, Delivery Lead, and PMO on status reporting and master schedules.
• Escalate risks and issues with mitigation plans and timely communications.
• Create and maintain interface JIRA backlogs and Agile work products.
• Travel 25% to support DC metro area as required.
