Job summary
Children's National Hospital in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Workday Integrations specialist focused on Studio, EBIs, SOAP & REST APIs. The Interface Architect II will design and develop user interfaces for pediatric healthcare applications, mentor developers, and conduct usability testing with clinicians and families.
This role collaborates across IT to implement scalable interfaces and align with the Health System's technology lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in interface architecture or related role
- Experience with healthcare interfaces and workflows
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX principles
- Experience with Workday Integrations and API technologies
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead interface architecture and implementation for complex healthcare interfaces
- Mentor junior developers and foster best practices
- Conduct usability testing with clinicians and families to improve interfaces
- Develop tactical plans aligning with IT infrastructure roadmap
- Coordinate with vendors and IS teams to ensure technical requirements are met
- Collaborate across IT to deliver scalable, secure interfaces and data governance
