The Interface Architect I serves as a key member of the HSCSN application and integration team, delivering interface and interoperability solutions that support health plan operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the health plan, this role develops, maintains, and supports integrations that enable the secure and reliable exchange of data between core business systems, external partners, and enterprise platforms. The successful candidate combines strong technical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of healthcare data, systems integration, and interoperability standards, and collaborates effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data quality, operational efficiency, and organizational performance. Experience with healthcare payer operations, interface technologies, APIs, and healthcare data exchange standards is preferred; experience with Epic technologies is a plus.The Interface Architect I is responsible for designing and implementing interface solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange between various healthcare systems and applications. This role plays a critical part in enhancing interoperability, optimizing data flows, and supporting the successful implementation of clinical and revenue cycle applications.
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology degree (Required) Or
1 year At least one year of interface architecture experience, or 1-3 years of Application Analyst experience, with focused experience on interface testing.

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Children's National is committed to providing a fair and competitive total rewards package to each of our employees. This base salary range does not include our comprehensive benefits package or any additional compensation for which this position may be eligible.
