Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Integration Analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications and act as a liaison between business and IT teams. You will work in a Scrum environment, partnering with product managers, developers and QA to deliver robust data integrations.

Responsibilities include crafting HL7/FHIR mappings, data transformation rules, and source-to-target mappings while ensuring data quality and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an integration analyst or healthcare data analyst
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and transformation rules
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and message formats (HL7, XML, JSON, FHIR)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integration mapping documentation including HL7 and other formats
• Gather and analyze requirements for integrations between internal and external systems
• Interpret HL7 (v2.x, v3), FHIR, XML and other data structures
• Define transformation logic, field mappings and data rules
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and QA analysts to ensure data integrity
