The Advance Medical Support Assistant position is located at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven Campus, within the Health Administration Section of the Business Office Service Line.

The Intake Unit handles Eligibility/Enrollment, VHIC processing, clerical/administrative support to the Emergency Room, Triage and Admission Office, Lodging, Decedent Affairs, Means Testing and Kiosks. Incumbent provides day-to-day administrative support for all programs.
