Formación

• Two years of healthcare insurance eligibility, verification, or billing experience.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, COB rules, and processing procedures.
• Experience with insurance payor systems.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients to ensure accurate billing and secure accounts.
• Investigate and resolve problem accounts to determine primary insurance and COB information.
• Ensure all requirements, including referrals and authorizations, are met prior to patient discharge.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
