Job summary

UnitedHealthcare seeks a Client Insights Consultant to deliver year‑round strategic consulting, focused on the UnitedHealthcare Value Story, using analytics of health plan performance to position UHG as a trusted advisor.

You will join a regional team supporting complex employer groups in Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska, creating and presenting analytic insights and solution recommendations, often through Healthplan Performance Reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Healthcare experience with knowledge of quality and affordability topics.
• Proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to travel for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support complex employer groups within Local Markets (MN, IA, NE).
• Create and present analytic insights and solution recommendations (Healthplan Performance Reviews).
• Collaborate with regional market team and local sales/account management, plus other stakeholders.
• Focus on actionable insights and storytelling; navigate analytic tools to distill insights from health plan data.
• Build an analytic business case for proposed solutions and support sales presentations.
• No direct reports; report to West Region AVP.
