Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Minnesota seeks a Client Insights Consultant to deliver year-round strategic analytics for employer groups. You will translate health plan performance data into actionable insights, working with regional teams and sales to present recommendations.

The role emphasizes storytelling, data-driven solutions, and collaboration with Optum and other stakeholders. Travel to client sites is required, with a focus on delivering the UnitedHealthcare Value Story.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, TPAs, or consulting.
• Healthcare experience with knowledge of healthcare quality and affordability topics.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills, ideally for an executive audience.
• Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings at corporate offices, broker or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Support complex employer groups within Local Markets in MN, IA and NE.
• Create and present analytic insights and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional market team, sales and account management, and other stakeholders.
• Focus on actionable insights and storytelling from health plan performance data.
• Build an analytic business case for proposed solutions and support sales presentations.
• Report to the West Region AVP with no direct reports.
