UnitedHealthcare is hiring a Healthcare Analytics Consultant in the Minneapolis area. You will provide year-round strategic analytics to support health plan performance, acting as a client-facing project lead and SME.

The role may involve remote work for East Region with a four-day office minimum in Minneapolis. You will distill data into actionable insights, present findings to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex analytic needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a sales, account management, TPA, or consulting environment.
• Knowledgeable of healthcare cost and quality topics, as well as able to speak to emerging industry trends.
• Intermediate or higher skills within Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated clear and concise written & verbal communication skills; successful virtual presentation experience a plus.
• Demonstrated presentation skills, preferably with a leadership level and higher audience.
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation.
• Experience in data analytics, data science, or statistics (preferred).

Aufgaben

• This role is part of a team/pod that supports complex employer groups within National Markets, generally within a geographic region.
• Consultants will serve as primary contact and project manager for assigned clients.
• Consultants will create compelling, client-specific insights and content for a variety of client engagements with the assistance of Regional Strategist as necessary.
• Consultant will focus on insights and storytelling and distillation of actionable insights from data and reporting.
• Will present a portion of client engagements based on client needs (internal/external).
• Mastery and navigation of data, tools, and resources necessary for telling a story with actionable insights.
• Participate in knowledge of adopted and proposed client solutions.
• Collaborate and cross train team members as needed.
• Collaborate with broader Account Management Team and other internal partners to solve complex customer analytic needs.
• Communicates information openly and professionally as a strategic analytic SME.
• This role must go beyond running reports to distill compelling insights.
