The candidate will work closely with healthcare stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and vendors to improve workflows, support system integrations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system analysis, design, configuration, build, testing, and implementation activities for healthcare applications.
• Review existing business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, product managers, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate workflow design sessions, document requirements, and oversee system configuration and testing.
• Lead project planning, timelines, resource estimates, status meetings, and milestone tracking.
• Support system integrations, data movement, data validation, and conversion testing.
