Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or IT collaboration with development/implementation.
  • Epic Willow inpatient certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality for retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
  • Analyze retail pharmacy workflows and translate operational needs into Epic configuration for efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
  • Support the full retail medication lifecycle including prescription intake, dispensing, charging, and inventory visibility.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements in a production retail pharmacy environment.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support new store openings, workflow changes, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure system configuration aligns with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Willow with retail pharmacy stakeholders.
  • Ambulatory capabilities and limitations. Testing, validation, and release support.
  • Participate in integrated testing, retail workflow validation, and upgrade readiness activities.

Pride Health is hiring a Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support our client’s medical facility based in Massachusetts.

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Willow Ambulatory Analyst
Duration: 12 Month + Possible Extension
Pay Range: $80.00/hr. to $85.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Job Duties
  • Retail Pharmacy Application Support: Design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality supporting retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
  • Analyze retail pharmacy workflows and translate operational needs into Epic configuration that supports efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
  • Support the full retail medication lifecycle, including prescription intake, dispensing, charging, inventory visibility, and downstream impacts.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, resolve incidents, and implement application enhancements in a production retail pharmacy environment.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure system configuration aligns with day‑to‑day pharmacy operations.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter resource for retail pharmacy stakeholders on Willow.

Required
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience). Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 2 + years relevant experience in either of the following: Business systems analysis, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms or Business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of systems.
  • Epic Willow Inpatient certification
