Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field is required with two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EHR lifecycle management and healthcare data workflows is expected.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage confidential information.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in analysis, design, development, testing, and support of EHR and other systems.
• Provides ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for applications and systems.
• Analyzes and resolves issues with end users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Participates in testing, user acceptance, and validation of enhancements.
• Assists with project planning, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Supports onboarding and training of new department personnel and learners.
• Assists with documentation management for accreditation and compliance.
