SmithRx in Lehi, UT is seeking dedicated call center agents to join a fast-growing health-tech team. You will deliver world-class member support, answer inbound calls, educate members about pharmacy benefits, and document issues accurately to support product success.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Training lasts 9 weeks on-site, 8:00 am–4:30 pm MT, with transition to a rotating schedule after completion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Must be located local to Lehi, UT office as onsite work is required.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies, delivering a world-class experience.
• Follow up, resolve, and document member issues; route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and strive for one-call resolution.
