SmithRx in Lehi, Utah is seeking dedicated call center professionals to provide top-tier members support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate members on pharmacy benefits, and work toward one-call resolution while upholding HIPAA and data privacy standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a call center, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce Service Cloud or Talkdesk. The role is onsite with potential hybrid arrangements based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
• Must be located local to Lehi, UT office; onsite work required.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office and G-Suite required.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Talkdesk, or other CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies while delivering a world-class member experience.
• Follow up, resolve, and document issues; route inquiries to the appropriate department and conduct routine research as needed.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits.
• Strive for one-call resolution by becoming an expert in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).
• Demonstrate a patient-centric mindset with a high sense of urgency to resolve requests.
