Qualifications

• 3+ years in Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative industry.
• Experience in support, training, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with medical billing and understanding of Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to meet client needs.
• Provide support for client questions during implementation.
• Help gather and validate client data for system setup.
• Escalate client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client training activities.
