Communitycare seeks a QNXT Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day resources for the QNXT core system implementation in Tulsa, ensuring alignment with priorities, milestones, and deliverables while promoting accountability and escalating risks as needed.

You will oversee Business Project Managers, the Testing Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and support resources, collaborating with the QNXT Implementation Office, business leads, executives, IT, Cognizant, and vendor teams to ensure readiness,

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years leading implementation projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Progressive experience supervising staff and managing workloads and priorities.
• Experience leading or supporting system implementations.
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
• Healthcare operations/health plan experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise QNXT project resources and coordinators.
• Set priorities, coordinate assignments, and track timelines and quality.
• Oversee milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across requirements, testing, training, readiness, and implementation.
• Maintain project plans and documentation; address risks and delays.
• Facilitate decision resolution and ensure requirements alignment across teams.
• Monitor testing progress, defects, and readiness risks.
• Coordinate with PIO and stakeholders on testing, readiness, go-live, and post-implementation.
• Oversee project resources including analysts and documentation staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
