Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. seeks a QNXT Business Analyst to support system migration by mapping data and business processes from the legacy core administration system to QNXT. You will document how legacy workflows translate into QNXT equivalents and maintain audit-ready mappings.

Collaborating with Data Engineering and stakeholders across Member, Provider, Claims, Clinical and policy domains, you will ensure data integrity, support validation/UAT, and identify migration gaps and downstream impacts.

Qualifications

• Experience with data mapping and validation between a core system and a data warehouse.
• Knowledge of health plan data domains: Member, Provider, Claims, Clinical, benefit packages, and policies.
• Experience mapping business processes and user workflows between two systems.
• Strong documentation skills for audit-ready mappings.

Responsibilities

• Map data elements and relationships from QNXT to the EDW across domains.
• Validate mapped data against QNXT schemas and downstream reporting needs.
• Document legacy workflows and map to QNXT processes.
• Identify gaps and impact of migration on data integrity.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to translate mappings into ETL requirements.
• Confirm mappings reflect actual user behavior with stakeholders.
• Produce audit-ready data and process mapping documentation.
• Support QNXT validation and UAT tracing issues to mappings.
• Escalate risks affecting go-live timeline.
• Perform additional duties as required.
