Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a QNXT Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day coordination of resources for the QNXT core system implementation, align workstreams with priorities, milestones, and deliverables, and promote accountability across the team.

This role oversees Business Project Managers, the Testing Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and other staff, collaborating with the QNXT Project Implementation Office (PIO), Business Leads, IT, Cognizant, and operational leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years leading implementation projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising staff and managing workloads, priorities, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to assigned QNXT project resources.
• Establish priorities, coordinate resource assignments, monitor performance and deliverables, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items; monitor workloads and adjust assignments as priorities change.
• Coordinate business activities across requirements, testing, training, readiness, and implementation; foster collaboration across workstreams.
• Maintain current project plans and documentation and elevate risks or delays as needed.
• Facilitate resolution of key decisions and ensure changes are documented and aligned across teams.
• Monitor testing progress, training development, and readiness risks.
• Lead coordination with PIO and operational leaders to align testing, training, readiness, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
